Dignity can help with hot meals delivered up to 5 days a week, pick up medication and other supplies as necessary and provide support to caregivers and family members while the stay at home order is in effect. We also have a registered nurse on duty daily to provide consultation, nurse advise and communication with your primary care doctor.

Dignity is licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and Certified by the California Department of Aging to work with your managed care plan to provide services at no cost to you as a Med-Cal waiver benefit.
Dignity Adult Day Healthcare Center
Dignity ADHC is licensed by the Department of Health and by the Department of Aging. The services offered at the Center must be prescribed by a physician and are covered by HMO Medi-Cal. A private-pay option is also available.
This program consists of:
· A customized plan of care developed by a team of medical professionals based on
a multi-faceted assessment of your loved one's needs.
· Health monitoring by a devoted nursing staff, in collaboration with you and the primary physician
· Physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help maintain and maximize functional abilities.
· Social work services to address the participant and caregiver's needs to adapt to a chronic,
disabling condition, and foster a greater enjoyment of life
· Information, education, and support to make home life work more smoothly
· Recreation, cognitive, and social activities as well as friendships to keep minds active and spirits lively
· Nutritious lunches and snacks to meet the physician-recommended dietary needs of the individual
